The lavender hits you first, clean and aromatic, then the geranium adds a slight floral twist that keeps things interesting without going all-out flower power. Our Testing Process

Notes on projection, longevity and compliments were recorded at 1h, 3h, 6h and 8h intervals.

The fragrance performed consistently across all testing conditions. The gym test is worth noting: most aquatic/aromatic masculines either disappear within an hour of physical exertion or project aggressively when mixed with body heat. Luna Rossa Carbon remained pleasant and moderate - it didn't become overpowering when warm, and it maintained reasonable projection even after 6 hours of physical activity. That's genuinely impressive for an EDT.

Bottle & Presentation

The Luna Rossa Carbon bottle is one of Prada's more distinctive designs - black and silver with a rubberised matte finish that matches the fragrance's character perfectly. It feels premium in the hand without being ostentatiously flashy. The magnetic cap snaps shut cleanly and the spray head delivers a fine, even mist.
